Sarah and Eric founded KIDNETIX NC with a heartfelt mission inspired by their own experiences as parents. When their first daughter faced motor delays and underwent physical therapy during the first two years of her life, they recognized the need for a clean, safe, and controlled environment where children like her could play and explore. Traditional playgrounds often couldn’t meet these needs, but indoor playgrounds provided an ideal space for sensory-based motor activities that support physical development.

As a science teacher, Sarah understood the importance of these activities in fostering her daughter's growth. Meanwhile, Eric had long dreamed of opening a business, and in January 2024, they began working to bring this concept to life in Goldsboro, NC. Their goal was to provide local families with accessible indoor play options without the need for long commutes to larger cities.

Raised in Wayne County and part of a military family, Sarah has a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by young parents in this community. Together, Sarah and Eric envisioned a space where children could thrive and caretakers could unwind. KIDNETIX NC is designed to welcome families with multiple children, offering refreshments, snacks, and a relaxing environment for parents and caregivers—all while ensuring children have a safe place to play.
