  • No, this is not a daycare facility. Caregivers must stay and supervise their children at all times.

  • For sanitation purposes, we do not allow shoes in the play area. Children must wear grippy socks and adults must wear socks as well. Shoe covers will be provided for adults if you are physically unable to remove your shoes.

  • Socks can be purchased for $3 at the front desk if you do not have your own.

  • Outside food is allowed but must be eaten in the lounge area, not in the play area.

  • While there is no harsh age limit, our space is best designed for children under the age of 10 years old. As long as the child is able to safely play amongst others they are allowed. If an older child is accompanying a younger family member but not playing, they do not need to pay an admission fee.

  • Advanced reservations are not required but are encouraged. Reservations are to ensure there is a spot available for the session you are looking to play.

  • Yes, you can buy gift cards online and inside the business.

  • Yes, an updated waiver is required for all guests. Each waiver is good for one year after signing. You can sign here.

  • If you are no longer able to attend an open play session you may reschedule your session for another day by calling at least an hour in advance of your scheduled session. Refunds will not be made, and instead the session balance will be applied as a credit to your account.

  • Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time.
